My Practice

As an experienced immigration attorney, most of my cases revolve primarily (but not exclusively) around business- and employment-based immigration, assisting clients from the world over with working in the United States on various types of business- or employment-based visas.

My immigration law practice is located in St. Petersburg, Florida, and serves the greater Tampa Bay metropolitan area. However, I do represent clients residing and/or working in all various U.S. states, as well as those located overseas.

Immigration Law cases and filings are based on U.S. Federal Law and involve various U.S. Federal (and sometimes State) agencies, including, but not limited to:

  • U.S. Department of Homeland Security
    • U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”)
    • U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”)
    • U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”)
  • U.S. Department of Labor
  • U.S. Department of State
    • U.S. Consulates and Embassies
  • U.S. Department of Justice
    • U.S. Federal Court
    • U.S. Immigration Court / Executive Office of Immigration Review

As a matter of personal policy in my firm, I sometimes choose to offer discounted legal fees to some non-profit organizations.  On some occasions, I also reserve the right to perform some of my services on a “pro bono” basis.

PLEASE NOTE:  These decisions regarding reduced or no-fee representation are solely at MY discretion.

My fees are fair and reasonable, considering the complexity of your case, and a fair estimate of the work involved, based on my 15+ years experience in the field.
